Back to the Water is an eight-part podcast from the Sea Change Project, hosted by Pippa Ehrlich and Zolani Mahola, exploring South Africans’ relationships with the ocean, history, trauma, and reconnection. Its first episode, “More Than One Octopus,” premiered at the 2024 Tribeca Festival, where it won the Independent Nonfiction Audio Storytelling Award.
